The Original Backnobber II was developed by The Pressure Positive Company and designed as a deep muscle compression device.  The Original Backnobber II is a tool that can be used daily to relieve those tough to reach areas of the body where you carry tension/stress or where trigger points occur.

What is a trigger point?  Trigger points are areas in muscle that have restricted blood flow, which causes difficulty for oxygen and nutrients to enter the cells in exchange for waste.  In other words, these are typically described as "knots" in your upper back or shoulders.  Trigger points are most commonly caused by repetitive motions or activities, minor trauma, or even a cold draft.  The symptoms of trigger points can include pain, muscle spasms, tightness, weakness, etc.

The Original Backnobber II is also great for travel! The tool detaches in the center and can be stored in two pieces in a backpack, briefcase, suitcase, etc.!

When to Use

The Original Backnobber II can be used to release trigger points on the body, to help with muscle tightness/stiffness, to aide in pain management for chronic conditions, stress injuries, tendonitis, fibromyalgia, etc.

The tool can be utilized specifically on your neck, shoulders, upper back, mid back, low back, hips, buttocks, and lower extremities.

Directions for Use

The Original Backnobber II is extremely simple and easy to use! 

First, assemble The Original Backnobber II by fitting the two ends together so that the tool is in an S-shape, and push gently until the pieces click into place.

Next, hold The Original Backnobber II with two hands hook it over your shoulder, under your arm, around your torso, or under your leg or buttocks to apply deep pressure to those hard to reach trigger points on your body. 

Then, gradually apply pressure directly and firmly to a sore muscle for approximately 10-30 seconds or longer if necessary.  When applying steady pressure to various areas of the body, as tolerated, try to keep your elbows in towards your body.

After using The Original Backnobber II, it is very important to stretch the area(s) of the body you were massaging.
